Australian Shipbuilder Matt Duncan has designed a tsunami survival pod that can withstand 6 tons of debris

The four-person survival vessel is made of strong spiral-welded steel with crumple zones to absorb impacts. the pod has safety features like racing seats with harnesses, bulletproof windows, and enough air for about two and a half hours.

it can be stored in a garage and wheeled out easily, and though it costs $8500, its life-saving potential in tsunami-prone areas in invaluable.

The pod also comes in bright colours so rescue and relief workers can spot it from afar during a disaster. Besides, it has a watertight door, bulletproof circular windows, air vents and tanks, and water storage along with other supplies.

the invention they had made is that worth able or waste of money, do you think the pod is enough for the survival ?
